Energy Reminder

Our energy affects our horses

If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or excited it ramps up our horses. For the benefit of our participants and for our horses’ well being, our hoses need to work from a place of peace. Please remember to take deep breaths before and during work with out horses to help maintain this place of peace.

Before entering a stall, run, or pasture please take a few deep breaths to center yourself. The stalls, runs and pasture are places of peace and safety for our horses. By taking a few centering breaths we ensure they remain peaceful and safe for our herd.
